Last October I shot one of my first morning sessions, and let me just tell you, I officially want to do every session in the morning with sunrise. The lighting was SO romantic and perfect. There was this amazing fog filling the sky which looked so magical in the photos. The brisk chill of the fresh morning air paired with this adorable couple in love..and their cute little pup. Heck yes.
My editor Jordan immediately texted me “SWOONING” while editing through this session. We were all gaga. I actually photographed Ryan and Adrienne’s wedding this April and can’t wait to share the images from their wedding day with you all as well! Keep your eyes peeled. 🙂

On September 26th, 2015 TJ and Allison became one in the happiest of celebrations I’ve ever been a part of. The entire day was filled with tons of smiles, laughter, kindness, random dance moves, happy tears, and just the sweetest people alive. The first time I’d ever met TJ and Allison was at their engagement session earlier in the year, but while I was capturing the wedding day I felt like I was witnessing two dear friend tie the knot and take the next big step in their journey together. Maybe it was seeing TJ so emotional over his stunning bride, but my eyes were peeing all day long. Also, I am obsessed with their color scheme! The dark/soft blues mixed with the pops of orange.. so beautiful!
Two really fun details to this day were the wooden boxes TJ got all of his groomsmen, each filled with a bow tie, suspenders and a pocket square. Each box was personalized with it’s own design/each groomsmen name on the front corner. TJ and Allison also love playing tennis together, so they thrifted some antique tennis rackets and incorporated those into some of their portraits (and the venue even had a tennis court which couldn’t have been more perfect to complete the photos)!
I am seriously so in love with this couple, this wedding, and these images so I am going to let the photos tell the rest of story and speak for themselves..

When Joe and Courtney first booked me for their September, 2016 wedding, I could just sense something special about them. They met at the top of the Prudential Center in Boston.  It was at the beginning of their freshman year at Northeastern University and during their “Intro to Architecture” class trip.  Since then they have graduated twice, lived in three cities, studied abroad, ran two half-marathons, traveled to seven countries, saw five Broadway musicals, attended twenty-five baseball games, and have visited five amusement parks.  Two thousand, seven hundred, and thirty-six days later, they’re tying the knot!
Joe and Courtney are both architects and currently live in the heart of Brooklyn, NY. When they told me how important photos were to them and that they wanted to do their engagement session at a local park they frequent often, I couldn’t contain my excitement! My lovely mom made the best road trip buddy, and we spent the morning in Brooklyn laughing our faces off at my driving through Tines Square, eating the most delicious local bagel sandwiches, and ended the evening with Joe and Courtney showing us their favorite pizza shop which did noooot disappoint! It was seriously the best day.
Joe and Courtney were so effortless to photograph. Literally, I’m not even sure if I posed them at all!? They are naturally in love, which made for naturally happy looking photos! I still can’t stop smiling like a doof at my computer screen over their adorable chemistry and relationship.
I had too many favorites to count so, enjoy!!

Can I just say how much I love the Corey family!? I first met them when I photographed Katie Corey’s senior portraits in 2014. When her mom told me there were two more sisters on their way to being seniors I immediately couldn’t wait to photograph them in the future! This past Summer was Kelly’s turn! And let me tell you, these girls have been blessed with the cutest smiles and photogenic genes. We explored around a local park down the road from my house and I had so much fun getting creative with all of the foliage and perfect sunset. Here are a bunch of my favorites that I can’t quit looking at!

A few weeks ago my sister spotted a new wild flower field beside my parents house and texted me to grab some shots of her and her boyfriend in it. By now, you’ve probably seen everyone and their mother posting photos here! It’s quickly become a favorite spot for local photographers and flower feens. I was so pumped to shoot at a new, “unknown” location, evvvvven if it was only going to remain unknown for point five seconds, HA!
I’m obsessed with these perfect golden hour images. Which is your favorite!?

The girls and I at Meagan Nicole Photography held a give away this past Spring and each drew a winner. I was so excited when Jenessa entered and won my portion of the give away! Daniel and Jenessa just welcomed their little Norah June into the world at 4:10pm on May 28h, 2016. These new parents have pure hearts of gold. I had so much fun photographing them in their most comfortable setting – their home! Jenessa is a girl after my very own natural colored lovin’ heart. Their house had the perfect colors and natural light in it for our session. Lifestyle sessions are quickly becoming my favorite because there is something so natural and effortless about them. I love to capture you in your most comfortable, natural environment.
Enjoy a bunch of my favorites from our afternoon together!
