If only you knew how many weeks I’ve been working on posting this blog post. Finding time in between feedings, laundry, naps, changing diapers, dishes, more feedings, and loads of baby cuddles.. mom life is no joke! But alas, after piecing it together bit by bit, it’s ready to go live!
Matt and Anne’s wedding was one for the books. I feel like I say that a lot because I am just so blessed to have so many noteworthy, beautiful souls and clients that I get to work with. This was my first time photographing at The Bond in downtown York, PA and it. was. beautiful! I couldn’t get enough of the amazing tall ceilings, white walls, natural light and refinished industrial/warehouse vibes. There was a ton of architecture around the venue to use for portraits. It’s so much fun exploring new places + getting to use them creatively! Matt and Anne were up for literally anything and that made our job so fun.
I could write a book about this day, but I better not push my luck too far with the peace and quiet my sleeping baby has blessed me with. So, I’ll let the images do the rest of the talking!
Matt and Anne, you’re truly such an amazing couple. Thank you for hiring MNP as your photographers!

2015 was a bit of a crazy year for me with bookings. I was so blessed to be the busiest I have ever been with photography and because of that, I let blogging take to the back burner so that I could focus all of my attention on shooting and editing. I am so excited to finally have found an amazing work flow that helps me get images out faster, and be able to have time to blog all those lovely images I am taking + editing! I am going to be taking some time now over the next month to catch you up on all that 2015 for me with so many wonderful weddings and sessions.
James and Stephanie were one of my very first weddings of 2015. I still had my old camera and a different way of editing, so it’s kind of crazy to look back and see how much I’ve grown just within one year. In 2015 I challenged myself to be the best that I could be with what I had. I continued to push past boundaries and grow as a photographer in a few different ways – posing, lighting, editing, knowledge, and equipment. Even though these images remind me of how far I’ve come, I still am so in love with them. Mainly because of this couple. I mean, just look at them! The minute I saw Stephanie’s gold/champagne wedding gown I knew I would be swooning all day long. And the sunset/rooftop images? Just stop. I get goosebumps all over again just looking at them!
These two newlyweds are best friends and that is obvious to anyone who gets the chance to be around them. They’re a kind, generous, BEAUTIFUL and fun duo that I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to meet and photograph. The ceremony was held at St. Patrick Catholic Church, and their reception followed at The Yorktowne Hotel. The Yorktown Hotel was so full of bright, natural light which was such a dream. We ended the evening up on their rooftop, marveling at the skyline and warm cream/blush tones hazing the sky. I am just in love with the shots we grabbed dup there! I think I am going to let these images speak for themselves..

This blog post has been a long time coming. Dylan and Nina are two of my oldest and closest high school friends. To hear more about their high school sweet heart story click here to view their engagement session. Nina and I planned our weddings two weeks apart, it was so much fun! Literally all of my girl friends and I got married together last year and it made everything so memorable. So many coffee dates at barnes and nobles, looking through wedding magazines, planning out what all we could share decor wise, and helping one another make our visions come to life.
Dylan and Nina’s wedding was one of a kind, elegant, whimsical and so beautiful. Their venue “Regents Glen Country Club – Box Hill Mansion” was breathtaking! A tall waterfall, acres and acres of field and trees and gardens; a cool breeze and a golden sunset with pink and gold decor to top it all off. I just can’t even.
One of my favorite moments of this day was when Nina’s maid of honor Courtney delivered a letter from Dylan before the ceremony. Low and behold, Dylan surprised Nina by fulfilling her life long dream of getting a PUPPY. Yes, this groom got his bride a puppy as a wedding gift. WHAT. It was pretty epic, and Nina’s reaction was priceless; full of tears, shock, smiles and happy dancing.
Nina shared a first look with her bridesmaids + her father, both which were emotional and adorable. This magical day was filled with lots of happy tears and special moments. I am so excited to finally be sharing it with you all!
